My Thoughts
I love reading historical fiction because I always glean insights into the time period. The "Roaring 20s" have long fascinated me with the new fashions and how prohibition contributed to the rise of the Mafia. I was unaware of the "old bosses" and it gave me a new understanding of what was going on. I found the book to be well written and with a nice flow. There were twists to the story that I didn't expect and I didn't want to put the book down. I eagerly look forward to reading more books by Roseanna M. White.
