William's School Christmas Program
The elementary Christmas program is for Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders, but since ½ of Emily's class is 3rd graders, they will be participating in the Spring Program instead. William did VERY well and you wouldn't realize he had ever had a problem with going up in front of people! He is in the middle row, 3rd from the right in the red and blue striped sweater.

Gemini Brothers Concert
All of the 2nd graders in our school district were invited to sing as part of a concert featuring the Gemini Brothers. And although Emi is in 1st grade, she is in a 1st/2nd grade multi-age room, so she was invited, also, and she had a lot of fun.
At the beginning of the concert, the "children's choir" sat in the audience and it was just the Gemini Brothers on stage (but the kids still sang along ☺)
Time for the children's choir to join them on stage:

Church Christmas Play
Our choir contata/play was on Dec 16th during the evening service. I started feeling really yucky the day before, but I had people praying for me to be able to make it through and I was able to sing. In the morning service, I "lip synced" some of the parts of the choir song as I felt I was about to cough otherwise, but I didn't need to do that during the play. I sucked on cough drops between songs and my throat was killing me by the end, but I made it! In the pictures, I look distressed most of the time! That is due in part to not feeling well and sucking on cough drops as well as the spot lights shining at us during the play parts (I don't do well with bright lights!) My dad was the "grumpy jewelry store keeper" .
