My 8th Polymer Clay Doll
One of the Facebook groups that I belong to hosted a "Whimsical Halloween" sculpting contest. The challenge was to sculpt a toddler and sew it a Halloween costume. I thought it sounded like fun, so I entered. I didn't win anything even though I think all of the dolls in the category were better than one of the ones that placed! Anyway.... I am happy with how my doll turned out and she is by far my best sculpt yet. I decided to make her a Winnie the Pooh costume, which meant she *needed* a stuffed Piglet. So I designed and crocheted a stuffed Piglet using my tatting thread and a 1.25mm crochet hook.

Introducing Joy Marie
I started sculpting Joy at the REAL doll get together so I named her after our hostess! I hand sculpted Joy with no molds and sewed her body, made her clothes, toy sock monkey, and even made her diaper! She has a polymer clay head and limbs with a soft doe suede body making her poseable. Joy is about 5½" tall with poly-pellets in her bottom and soft stuffing for the rest of her body. Joy's neck is signed with my initials and the year. Joy is currently on eBay (until April 16, 2013)
