Thanksgiving - A Reprise

We had our big extended family get together with my mom's side of the family today.  I also wanted to post the pictures of our finished Thanksgiving craft.

Here are the kids finishing up the craft.  And yes, William is running around without a shirt on!  He actually went out to play in the snow like that.  He just put his coat on and out he went!  Silly boy.

All finished ☺ The placemats my mom and I did many years ago!

Happy Thanksgiving

So, we didn't celebrate Thanksgiving today  since Dan was mostly sleeping or working (Black Friday and all).  But we did have a traditional Thanksgiving meal yesterday.  Which is what we normally do since Dan's pretty much had to work holidays the whole 15 years we've been married (He worked security before being at Walmart).  It's our "normal" and it works for us ☺ The kids did work on a Thanksgiving craft today, though.  We didn't finish (the snow outside was calling them!), so I'll post "after" pictures later!

I brought my camera to my mom's house on Thursday, but didn't take any pictures!

Saturday, we went to Edmore for Thanksgiving for the extended family (on my mom's side)

William was "baby sitting" Samantha.

Emily had fun with Samantha, too, and was concerned she was missing every time she wasn't in her carseat.

When we got home from Edmore, we put up the Christmas tree.

Andrew's help consisted of taking ornaments off the tree, and in this case, eating it (it was yarn)
