My Thoughts

I enjoyed reading this book. I found it to be well written and a quick read. There was one instance that didn't seem to fit where Emery and Roman were talking about a time Roman helped her right after they'd met and she mentioned a ruined dress right before her Freshman dance. The thing is, she was 16 when they met. I have a 16 year old and he's a Junior. My Freshman is 14. It isn't a big deal, just a little confusing. I liked the biblical faith element and the growth the characters exhibited. I look forward to reading the next book in this series and other books by Dana Mentink.
