This is the third book in the Regency Wallflowers series, but I think you could read it as a standalone book. Some of the characters from the other books are mentioned as they are friends of Daniel's. Daniel actual appeared in the second book of the series as well so it was fun to get his story.I found the book to be well written and easy to read. I liked the interactions between Theo and Daniel and watching them fall in love.I was encouraged by the fact that Theo and Daniel were just “ordinary” people and not exceptionally good looking. I look forward to reading more historical books by Carolyn Miller.
