Book Review: "A Horse for Kate"

Kate Ferris has had to leave her friends and her home to move to her late grandfather's farm for her dad's new job. She is not excited about the move until she sees the barn at the new house.  Her dream of owning her own horse seems within grasp, but her parents tell her it isn't the right time.  Will she ever get her horse?

My 9 year old daughter and I  read "A Horse for Kate" and both enjoyed the story.  The book deals with quite a few things such as bullies, friendship, trusting your parents and God.

We would recommend "A Horse for Kate" for horse lovers and others in the age range of 8-13
