Book Review: "Thankful" by Eileen Spinelli

Based on the title and cover of this book, I assumed this book was a Thanksgiving story. It is not. It is simply a book about being thankful. The book centers around a family and the things they are thankful for, but as different "occupations" as they do different things throughout the day. It was a cute story. I didn't like the illustrations, though, as they are very rough and childish. It could have been a spectacular book if it had better illustrations. Here is a video of the book being read.
