Grassheads

I had thought it would be fun to make little "people" and grow grass to be their hair.  While at the dollar store, I saw these:

I thought that would be perfect!  So the kids each got one and this is the results:

We had to soak them for 2 hours

Dry them off 

and water them a little

Place in a sunny spot

Sarah's fell on the floor and cracked, so we got a replacement

starting to grow 'hair'

This is the most we got!  Will's never got any hair :(
