Halloween Costume Party 2017

Because of conflicts on the other weekends in October, we had our annual family costume party today. It was my turn to host and I had a scavenger/treasure hunt planned and the weather was calling for rain! I was praying that the rain would hold off until after the party or let up when it was time for the game. It ended up being rainy, but it wasn't too bad so we went ahead with the game.

Halloween Activities Part 2

We went trick or treating at the historical museum in town.  It wasn't big, but the kids had fun and we saw my sister and her family there.

Today was the 13th annual Family Costume Party.  It was at my brother's house this year.   On the way to their house, we stopped at Walmart and Meijer and did their in-store trick or treating.

Kids Clothes Week - Day 4

I had the most troubles/problems today!  But I managed to get Sarah's dress finished!  Yay!  

I also got a start to Emily's dress, too.  I got the bodice lining sewn together, the underskirt sewn, and the appliques sewn onto the sleeve poofs.
