Andrew's Baby Blanket

I made a Romanian Point Lace "ornament" to put on a baby blanket for each of the kids (except Sarah, who was already born when I learned, so she got her's after the fact).  I had Andy's about 1/2 to 2/3 done before he was born.  Then life happened and I didn't get around to getting back to it.  Finally, I dug it out and finished it!  It's been a while, but here are the pictures of it.

More Easter 2012

These are pictures from the extended family Easter get together.

The traditional Jello eggs

This year, I made Jello bunnies, too ☺

Andy found the holes in the table rack very entertaining.
Here, Peter has joined him.

Easter 2012

I once again sewed outfits for the 4 kids and myself as well as the kids' 4 dolls.  I spent a total of $21.68 for all of that!  I was able to find 4 "remnants" that made up the bulk of the girls' outfits (and the basis for why their dresses looked the way they did!)

Here are pictures of the clothes:

I felt like a big Easter egg ☺

Easter Baskets:

Our church did a play/drama for our Easter program this year.  I sang in the choir (I'm pretty easy to see in my bright dress right in the middle of the front row!)

Dyeing Easter Eggs

I always seem to forget to dye eggs for Easter until after Easter is over, so this year, I decided to do it earlier!  We used food coloring and vinegar.
