I decided it was leftover night (although, when the kids asked what was for supper, I accidentally told them "reruns"!)
In the fridge, we had plain elbow macaroni, rice with chicken & gravy, beef with peppers and onions. I threw in some shredded cheese and burrito shells.
Andy put his macaroni on a taco shell and sprinkled cheese on top!
Looks like fun! At the end of our dinnertimes, we pack up a lunch for Matt for the next day, just like I remember Mom doing for Dad's lunch when we were kids. :)
And, if there are enough leftovers, the kids & I eat them at lunchtime the next day. We used to do pb & j for lunch most days, but the kids got tired of it, so leftovers work out nicely for changing things up a bit.
Reruns, that is cute. Looks like they all liked reruns.
