Dress Re-purposed

I never liked my Easter dress from last year.  It had too much blue in proportion to the rest of the colors.  I decided that it would work well as a shirt instead as the colors would be more balanced.  So I cut off the bottom of the dress.

I just put in a rolled hem on the bottom of the shirt and then folded over the top of the bottom half of the dress to make a casing for elastic.

Much better ☺
