Silly Sleepers

I've gotten quite a few pictures of Andrew sleeping in some silly places/ways.

Today, I found him hanging off the front of the chair in the living room.

Napping sideways (in August, hence the shorts only!)

Hugging his stuffed dog with his legs! (also sideways in his crib)

Here are some silly sleeper shots of the other kids:

William was sleeping with some dolls. I'm not sure what the doll on the shelf next to him is doing! (Getting ready to dive into bed?)

Emily with her head off the bed.

Emily sideways in her bed.

Sarah sideways with her foot on her knee (it was dark, so I couldn't really see what I was getting and then she moved, so this is the only shot I got)

  1. Isn't it amazing the ways kids can fall asleep? Joshua used to fall asleep with his leg crossed over like Sarah in that last picture.

    Too funny! :)

  2. Grandpa slept like Sarah when he was a boy & does still some times but not often.

  3. I was going to comment about how Dad used to sleep like that. Sarah actually will fall asleep another way and switch to with her foot on her knee later! I think Andy has fallen asleep in more strange places than any of the other ones!

  4. What precious photos! I love to watch children sleeping--it always amazes me how quiet they are!! They always seem smaller and more vulnerable to me, too. Always makes my heart just squeeze with love for them!!
